Nougat Christmas pudding CAKES


A curious and very easy recipe for this Christmas


Ingredients
1 / 2 soft nougat bar

1 milk Basit

1 Basit
double cream 3 eggs
fresh


Put in a blender glass of the 1 / 2 soft nougat bar and hot milk Basit.

Beat well with baryta until a paste. Add three fresh eggs and a dash of cream. Beat again with the wand.

Put in a pan (a Pyrex small for example) plastic wrap on the bottom and pour the mixture. Cover with the same plastic container and put in the microwave for 5 to 6 minutes on medium.
