Hardy Weinberg Problem




I always had in mind the cakes that to my mother and ham egg.
Until recently I did not, but the truth is that with this recipe you step out quite similar.

Ingredients:

Flour Milk
Nutmeg
4 fillets of
York ham 2 eggs hard
breadcrumbs 2 eggs fresh
Oil Salt

Elavoracion

First you prepare a bechamel (which I explain a few tricks to avoid lumps)
Put in a pan a little oil and pour a spoonful of flour and mix well so that it is diluted in the oil until it is browned slightly.
Once the flour dissolved in the oil and when hot, it begins to pour the milk (cool to not make lumps), stirring the mixture while the milk is made.
Once we see that the mixture is at the point (not too heavy nor too light to handle the mixture) is added a little nutty nutmeg and was adjusted for salt and add to the bechamel steaks cooked ham and two hard boiled eggs finely chopped.
Allow dough to cool about 20 minutes to handle well and are arranged on a plate and bread crumbs in another two fresh eggs beaten.
making the croquettes are going with two spoons or hand, the size that you like (I would prepare tiny they are more pleasant when you eat them) and first pass through the breadcrumbs, then the egg and again in the breadcrumbs for the coating is more consistent.
