this recipe call it because it is the "returning" to the preparation easier and faster and also has very good flavor and presence.

Cut a spicy chorizo \u200b\u200btacos and some diced ham (if you have any of these ingredients you can use any sausage you have in the fridge)

Fry in little oil as the chorizo \u200b\u200band throwing some and when they are fried add 3 or 4 eggs to skillet and stir until set around the egg (do not overdo it because if it gets too dry)

Once the curdled egg off the heat, add a slice of cheese or a sandwich or a little quesito that so grated and stir until cheese is melted with heat.

Serve with toast bread and a little dried parsley on top.
